Rates & Policies

*Consent forms and comprehensive policies will be provided prior to commencement of therapy.

Rates

  • $150 - Individuals - 50 minute session

​

  • $175 - Couples and Families - 50 minute session

​

  • Reduced rates on a case by case basis.

Insurance

I am currently accepting the following insurance:

Aetna

Anthem Blue Cross

Cigna

Optum (United Health, Oxford)

I also accept out of network: I can provide periodic superbills for you to submit to your insurance provider. Depending on your insurance company, they will then reimburse you for a percentage of your statement. All payment must be provided and paid in full prior to each session. Please contact your insurance company to confirm reimbursement policies.

Payment

I accept cash and credit cards. Payments must be made in full prior to start of session. 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
